Gymnastics CCE Workshop for Wrestling

WFS will be conducting a Gymnastics CCE Workshop for Wrestling and Grappling coaches on 25th June 2022. It will be run by Natasha Kang, a Gymnastic coach of 7 years and also part of the National Wrestling team through NYSI’s Talent Optimisation Programme. The Objective of this workshop is to educate coaches on how to use a progressive approach in equipping young athletes with fundamental gymnastic skills. Only 12 slots are open for registrations.
