2025 SEA Games Selection Policy

33rd Southeast Asian Games — Thailand

PREAMBLE

1. The Wrestling Federation of Singapore (WFS) is the sole authority for Wrestling nominations to the SNOC Selection Committee, to represent Singapore at the 33rd SEA Games 2025, in Thailand.

2. Athletes seeking endorsement must fulfil the criteria and conditions outlined in this policy. The qualifying period is from 1st February — 5th September 2025.

3. A nomination does not constitute acceptance to the 33rd SEA Games Singapore team. The outcome will be at the sole discretion of the SNOC Selection Committee.

OBJECTIVE

4. The aim of this policy is to provide a clear, transparent process of selection and appeals. Athletes selected must have demonstrated the probability of a podium finish, in line with SNOC selection criteria for the 33rd SEA Games. (Top 3 in identified regional events within the qualifying period)
